These Terms of Service define the conditions under which design services are provided by Ursachuk Vasilii. By requesting or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms.
We provide graphic and digital design services including visual identity development, branding, communication materials, and custom visual solutions. Each project is tailored to the client’s specific needs, style, and intended use, whether for business or personal purposes.
Every project is discussed individually. The scope of work, deliverables, pricing, and timeline are agreed upon before the start of the project. Any additional work outside the agreed scope may require a separate agreement or additional payment.
Payment is required in advance or according to agreed milestones. Work will begin only after confirmation of payment. All payments are final unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
A limited number of revisions may be included depending on the service package. Revisions are intended to refine the initial concept and not to create entirely new directions. Additional revisions may be billed separately.
Final files are delivered in formats suitable for their intended use (digital or print). The client is responsible for reviewing all materials before final approval. Once approved, the project is considered completed.
After full payment, the client receives rights to use the final approved design. The designer retains the right to showcase the work in portfolios and promotional materials, unless a separate confidentiality agreement has been established.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of delivered materials. The client assumes full responsibility for how the design is used.
These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. Continued use of services implies acceptance of the latest version.
